How To Video: Blossom Song Paper Wreath

This is going to be a {great} week. I can feel it!

It's Monday and it's almost March!! Which means {SPRING} and the {SUN} must be coming, right?! I sure hope so. More snow in Utah this last weekend. It's starting to get me down....but I found something to get me out of my winter blues...The Blossom Song Stack and this paper wreath! 

Oh it makes me happy just looking at it. I was going to put it on my front door but no...I need to look at it all day long :) The Blossom Song Stack will be in Michael's stores this week!! Along with the 11 other stacks that I showed you HERE! Start looking for them on Michael's shelves on Thursday :) 

I told you it was going to be a good week ;)

Love these Spanish Tiles!

Hey everyone!!! I received so many emails wishing me a speedy recovery! You guys are sooo sweet to go out of your way for me :) I am feeling 100% and SO HAPPY about that, lol!! And I'm sure all of your well wishes helped speed up that process ;)

Today's post is SO FUN!!! I love working for such a diverse company! They give me so many ways to feel creative and I love it!! I picked up a few of our new peel and stick Wall Accents that are in Target right now....these designs are awesome!!! When I saw this Spanish Tile one, I instantly thought of my friend, Lisa so I headed over to her house to put it up :) Don't you wish you were my friend & neighbor? :)

Looking at the packaging....you may not see it's true potential!! But wait....

We put them up at a diagonal in her kitchen above her sink. They look SO classy!!

And then a few more over her stove.....

And the last few little ones on the back of her front door.....

All three of these spaces were filled for $12.99!! And I love how if she wants a change, she can move them to a different place because the peel and stick makes is so easy to move and reposition. You aren't as committed to it as you with vinyl.

Immortal Love Mini Album

Hello all of my favorite blogging friends!!

I hope each of you had a fabulous holiday weekend!! Offices were closed yesterday so I took the day to rest up a bit...I had a pretty routine surgery last Tuesday that hasn't been as "routine" as I expected so I have had to force myself to stop working and take some "me time"! Not always an easy thing to do but sooo necessary sometime!! I am hoping each day this week will get me more and more on my feet!

First off, I want to remind all of you with iPhones, iPods or iPads to enter our giveaway HERE that ends on Thursday! I have received many comments and emails, some of you are pretty mad, that this particular contest does require you to have a certain tech-y device to enter. I have been doing this blog for 14 months and this is the {first} giveaway out of probably 3 a month that has some sort of stipulation so I really hope that you understand! We wanted some much needed feedback on how you liked our iPhone app and thought a giveaway was the perfect way to get this info from you! Immortal Love Door & a winner!!

Happy Valentine's Day!! Valentine's Day is for sure WAY more fun when you have little ones, I've decided :) The boys just got home from school and they are sorting through "the candy loot"! And boy, did they make a haul!! I remember doing the same thing as a little girl! Today is going to be a little bit of work, a little bit of fun with a lot of LOVE mixed in there!! Get to have a special date with my man tonight....always something to look forward to!!

I wanted to share a fun thing that we did on our front door this weekend...using 4 sheets of Immortal Love patterned paper!

You can see this big red heart from about 8 houses up the street! 

So fun, the neighbor kids have loved it :)

 

I used 4 sheets of 12x12 paper and cut them down to 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 pieces and simply taped them up! 

Easy, easy!!!

Well I know some of you are wanting to know who our big winner is from our contest that we announced on Friday! Congratulations to Shelia! She will be getting the 12x12 Immortal Stack and the Be Mine Pink by Design stamp set! Yay!

Valentine's Day!

Immortal Love Mantel

I can't believe that Valentine's Day is already almost here....and the middle of February too!? Time has a way of sneakin' up on me lately! I love to decorate my home for Valentines...it is the perfect way to get through the mid-Winter blues. Seeing pink and red everywhere I look just makes me happy!! 

Last year I made a banner for my mantel but this year, I wanted to do something a little different. I love how it turned out!

I used the Immortal Love Stack and cut out a bunch of hearts on my Cricut Expression.....I glued them back to back with a long piece of red and white twine and taped them to the top of my mantel.

The forever running furnace at my house is always making the hearts slowly move and turn around and the fabulous glitter on the papers just sparkle! Love them and how EASY is this!! You could hang these from a chandelier too and it would be soooo cute!
