Fall Home Decor!

Hey guys!! Hope you are enjoying your week!! School is in full swing here...my little guy is loving 1st grade! Except they only give them 10 minutes to eat lunch and he can't finish...sounds quick to me! If that's his only complaint than I guess things are good!

I had a lot of fun making this project! All of these new fall stacks are SO getting me excited for my favorite season to be here!!!

I used the new Harvest Gathering Stack! Love these colors and foil accents!!! Probably my favorite Fall stack in years :)

I got a bunch of sticks and pulled the leaves off. Kept my 4 year old busy for a good while! I cut out two different leave sizes with my Cricut and punched a small hole in the top of the leave.

Strung the leaves onto the sticks. Tied some bows with orange/white bakers twine.

A perfect centerpiece for your table for fall! I plan on taking it to Thanksgiving dinner and having everyone take one of the big maple leaves and writing what they are thankful for right on the tree. Then it goes from a fall decoration to a meaningful THANKFUL TREE.

Who else is ready for fall?? have you picked up any of our new Halloween or Fall stacks!! Christmas Stacks should be out in store by late October!

Have a great day!!

  4. This is a great idea. Love the part of them writing what they are THANKFUL for. That is what Thanksgiving is all about. Which cartridge did you use for the leaves. I did buy the Halloween stack last week at Joanns, The Ghost and Goblin's Stack. Love it. Can't wait to make a mini with this paper. Love the Holiday. I was married on that day, so anything with Halloween is my favorite.
    Thanks fro sharing.

  6. 10 minutes for lunch?!?!!? I hope that's not true, that's not even fair! Anyways... I love your project, it's such a great idea that will last the whole season! I have an autumn stack that's 2 years old and I'm using so much of it, the fall stacks are always some of my faves. I already have the new autumn mat stack, I really like the aqua color yall added in!

  9. What a totally cute idea!! I love that it will turn into a Thankful Tree too!

!0 minutes for lunch? That seems WAY too fast. It takes your body 20 minutes to tell your brain it's full. Hopefully, he'll be able to get enough to eat in that time!

  10. I have "FALLIN" in love with this Autumn theme project. Here in South Fl., the palm trees are never going to change color.

  12. Omigosh, 10 minutes is not long enough! At the school I work at they went from 30 mins to 15 minutes lunch and the kids can not finish their food! I love your centerpiece...it's very, very cute!

  13. what a lovely idea..you could combine leaf rubbings your children have done too perhaps. I am still making the most of the little sun we have here before my thoughts turn to autumn or fall as you call it in the States

  15. I love the colors and patterns in this stack! Fall is my favorite time of year too and I am soooo ready for summer to end! This heat wave is killing me and my yard is already dead! I think I need to move to Utah and get a job with DCWV! Both would be a dream come true!

  20. When looking to a source for interior decorating inspiration, be critical in a way that will help you to refine and define your own taste. When turning to the work of another designer for decorating ideas, carefully look at the room and consider the basics: floor, walls, ceiling, and overall ambiance.
