A New Year...

Happy 2011!!

I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! I seriously can't believe that it is the new year and the new decade! We always spend our big "Eve" with friends since our busy December of family seems to neglect all of them! We had a fabulous time playing games, snacking, laughing and just lovin' being together. I really do have the best group of friends!!

So the first week of 2011.
On the schedule:
lots of work...of course we are weeks away from CHA!!
My 6 year old starts "Hip Hop Class"
Everyone back to school....YES!!
Visiting a close friend in the hospital
And I'm sure...shoveling lots of snow!! Another storm coming!!

So what are you up to?? Scrapbooking? Paper crafting? Re-organizing? I want to hear what you are busy with!!

Wanted to share a page too....I absolutely {love} how this page turned out. Probably because of the precious little face on it!! This is my boss' gorgeous daughter!! What a lucky guy he is!!

One of my staple stacks...Le Creme. Love this flocked paper and the gorgeous flocked embellys. I don't think I will ever have enough black and white paper. Mark my word :)

I wanted to {refresh} some of our booth samples so this week I will finish up that...then on to {new goodies and fresh ideas} I will say this for the next three weeks but I can't wait to show you pictures of our CHA booth!! It is going to be {that cool} :)

Have a fabulous Monday, Monday!! Make today fabulous! 2011 is {in your hands}!!!!

  1. That is a beautiful layout. Really makes the pictures stand out. I don't have that stack darn it, guess it'll have to go on my list, lol. Can't wait to see new CHA stuff.

  2. Looking forward to you pics of CHA. I love all the projects you share with us and the sneak peaks of new product. Speaking of which is there new stacks for Spring coming out this year?

  3. That baby has the most georgeous eyes! So pretty. Love the layout. Was thinking of picking up this stack, I am a black and white kind of girl too. Throw in one bright color and I am on cloud nine. Fav right now is bl, wh. and hot pink. ;0) I can't wait to scrap some layouts. Will be doing that soon. Thanks for sharing.

  4. Your layout is awesome. I have had that stack in my hands many times but keep putting it back. The times that it has been in my hands I have not had one idea with any of the pages. I guess now I can start. Will have to go to Joanns and (hopefully they will still have it) purchase it. The baby is super cute. Love her eyes. Things I am busy with is bringing down the rest of my christmas decorations and purging in my scraproom. I have to much stuff and need to make space for the new. LOL. I am also hoping I will be able to scrap pictures.

  5. Fabulous LO! I have had that stack for sometime, but I haven't used it. It is so nice to see how you have utilized it for this LO.

I still need to finish setting up my scrap space. I have three birthday cards for this month to make. And I need to goet back to doing LOs for various albums.

  6. Beautiful LO - she is precious!!

I'm focusing on re-organizing my scrap room so I can start fresh with my 2011 goals of what I want to accomplish!! I've got so much inspiration and desire to create right now, just not near enough hours in my day to do it! So once I'm organized, away I go!!

    Happy New Year!

  7. I hope to catch up on my scrapbooking (I'm like 2 or 3 years behind). I also want to make a recipe binder using Nana's Kitchen stacks & maybe even a dessert binder using Sweets. Right now, though, I'm busy making Valentine's & St. Patty's day bows for my Etsy Shop, and I'm finishing up on crocheting a blanket & booties for my sister's baby shower! I seriously can not wait to be an aunt!

  8. She is too sweet!, Love the LO! Great colors! Thanks for sharing.

  9. great layout! i am working on cleaning and organizing my scrap area so it will be more workable. trying to figure out how to store all this paper!!!!

  10. beeeauuuutiiiifuuul!!! i love using that stack too

  11. Love this LO! Great pp :) Pretty baby too!

  12. Love your layout! What am I doing? Well, I made two layouts last week. Monday I made two cards. Also Michaels had there organizational furniture on sale plus New Year's Day with the 25% additional off I was able to get the wall organizer. That allowed me to put a lot of small things up and out of the way plus it looks very colorful with the Prima flower containers, ribbon, glitter, and Stickles. I can actually walk into my craft room now and everything is in its place. I can leave the door open now because I am proud of it!

  13. Beautiful layout! I am scrapbooking a few layouts, cardmaking for OWH and cleaning up My scrap area. I have everything pretty much organized, just need to put everything back where it belongs, LOL!

  14. Beautiful layout and the baby is just adorable

  15. Really nice layout. Love the little details and the simplicity of the page. That baby has such beautiful eyes and they really stand out in contrast to the layout colors. As far as things I am working on, I am organizing project ideas I have & photos I want to scrap. Now that the holidays are over, I can take time for myself & scrap/make things for myself. :)

  16. That little one is so cute...those eyes, just precious!

  17. 'So glad that you had a wonderful New Year's Eve, Erin. Friends sure are special!!

Oh, yes, I love the page you created! She sure is adorable. Beautiful layout, too!

I definitely will be busy with scrapbooking in between doing lots of things with my family. Oh, and I hope to document and scrap 2011. Since I did not make the 2010 album I wanted to, I think I will do a few highlight pages. Maybe I will add them to my 2011 book. Hmmm-something to think about!

It is always so much fun visiting with you!

    Happy New Year,

  18. This is a beautiful layout and the little one is a real cutie too. I have this La Creme stack but I can't bare to cut it YET!!!
I am currently catching up on all my design team projects which are mainly cards.
