It. Is. Here.

I know there are going to be {lots} of happy Stack-a-holics when they see this post :)

I have been asked for years to compile a master list of all of the stacks that DCWV has ever released. I hear it all the time, but I knew what a big task it would be so I kept putting it off, lol. Sound familiar anyone? :) So I procrastinated long enough and today, I worked on it alll day long. But I am so happy that it is done and it is so fun to look over all of the stacks and remember each one! This list is all of the 12x12 stacks that we have released, starting with the "Matchmaker 1 & 2" prints and cardstock stacks. I still remember receiving that shipment in the DCWV office. It was SO CUTE and we were all sooo excited!!! That was in 2004...I can't believe we have over 160 stacks behind us!! And SO much more to come. I had to delete some of the {holiday} stacks that will be in stores SOON...sorry, they made me :)

You can view/download/print the file HERE.

So print the list, mark off the ones you have and put a star by the ones you want...and leave a comment telling me how many you have on each list!!!

I will keep updating this list as the list grows! Keep an eye on the blog for the latest updates :)

Ice Cream, Ice Cream!

Hello Wednesday, nice to see ya.

Thank you to everyone for their sweet wishes and stories supporting me in my first days with a Kindergardener. You are so sweet. Troy is doing great, loving the bus, loving his teacher, lovin' life. And I am loving the routine that school brings. Working from home makes you schedule/routine crazy! How else would anything get done?! :)

Last Thursday, I went to a crop night at my awesome friend, Rachel's house. She is so cute & sets up the best crop....lots of tables, treats & Real Housewives of New Jersey playing in the background. I love being able to go, relax and scrapbook for ME and not for work! I always scrapbook my work pages a lot different than my personal pages. Work pages focus on displaying products which means simple photos and not a lot of "craziness" :) So I wanted to share one of my personal pages that I made with the Mango Frost Collection....and I found the entire line for sale at scrapbook.com. Still lovin' this line.

I used the Mango Frost Stack and some of the embellishments. To me, this paper screams SUMMER!! I love the colors and they were perfect for our ice cream truck pictures. Check out that ice cream truck...I think it's a vintage :) hee, hee.

My own personal pages always contain multiple photos, handwriting and almost always buttons and ribbon. A girl has to have buttons & ribbon! Well this girl at least :)

Love these Mango Frost Chipboard Letters. Love mixing handwriting and letters.

I love scrapbooking with friends...love the advice you get about where to put "this and that". I always love getting their feedback. And scrapbooking at Rachel's means you get to rummage through her amazing scrap room/stash. Thanks for my buttons, Rach :)

Thats the best thing about scrapbooking...being with friends, playing with paper and eating...lots and lots of treats. No wonder we love this hobby so much!!

Have a fabulous day everyone! There will be something {exciting} here tomorrow!! Check back!

Our big announcement...

Well, I did it. I got Troy off to kindergarden. He begged to ride the bus but I told him I had to drive him and cry as I dropped him off. He looked at me like I was crazy :) The bus can start tomorrow. I need to know what it feels like to drop off a kid at school for the first time. It was hard. But he was so happy I could only be sad for a moment. I miss him already. Good thing kindergarden is only 3 hours. Mama need a little adjustment time :)

Is he handsome or what?!

BIG NEWS. Huge. Big. Ginormous. (Thank you Elf, for making that a normal word.)

I have been waiting for SO long to show you this!! We have been so busy at the office getting our software created so you can make your own digital books, calendars and photo cards with all of the DCWV designs that you love and PRINT them right with us!! Now it is ready to roll, you can make books and order them right now! Can you picture it...."Rock Star" Sweet Sixteen invitations, "Nana's Nursery" baby announcements, "Le Creme" calendars and.....

a "Mariposa" family album.

The quality of the printing of the books are amazing!!! Love the hardback book that I did. It's a 10x10 book which I think is the perfect size for a photo book! We also offer 12x12 and 8 1/2 x 11 sizes.

This book was all predesigned. All I did was add my pictures and added some text on the cover. Love how easy it is to have a professional looking book with all of the design aspect done for you!

There are lots of companies that print photo books. But I dare you to find a company who offers these designs, made JUST for scrapbookers. No more boring white or one color background photo books, scrapbookers are way too cool for that. :)

It has taken us a long time to get everything "just right". The right printers, the right packaging and right designs. And we did it. The photo books start at $34.95 which is a great price, very competitive.

And right now, there is a coupon on the website that gives you a {FREE} calendar when you buy a photo book!!

Go on over to the 300dpi website and click on "Photo Book Creator" to browse all of the different designs for photo books, cards & calendars. Everything is ready to ship to you right now!!
And if you have any questions at all, post them on our Facebook page, I will be answering questions over there throughout the day!!!

Have a great Monday! Can't wait to hear what you think!

Double Sided Love

Whoever invented that phrase, I love you. Saying it, on a long awaited Friday, always makes me smile. This weekend is filled with a co-workers fabulous wedding tonight & a DCWV party at the local amusement park on Saturday. A weekend with my co-workers who are not only my friends but my family. Nothing better than that!

I have shown a few projects that I have made with the Summer Dream Stack that is available right now at Joanns. This stack is a limited edition and will not be out much longer so if you have been eyeing it, now is the time to grab it! I am lovin' this stack because of the incredible designs that have tons of glitter! I say it all the time but it's such a treat when we do a double sided stack as well!! Some of the prints in this stack are just gorgeous-I particularly love the aqua and purple prints.

I hear from my {stack-a-holics} all of the time that they sometimes hate using a stack because they don't want to tear it apart and they just want to flip through it all the time and just "look". This always make me giggle because the paper hoarder in me completely "gets it"! So this project is for all of YOU!

I trimmed down 12x12 papers to 6x6, rolled them in a cone shape and hot glued them. I folded piece of 12x12 paper in half and tied it shut on the sides with ribbon to make a mock-basket. I hot glued the cones into the basket to make an arrangement similar to a floral arrangement...but instead of beautiful flowers, its gorgeous paper that you can enjoy all the time!

Added some "welcome" stickers and a door hanger made of ribbon and I have a front door hanger! It's late August, I am not ready to get my fall decor out. But this deep purple and aqua paper give me the "almost" fall feel that I was looking for.

Easy, easy! And you can enjoy your paper as part of your home decor everyday, year after year. So my challenge to my stack-a-holics, get those stacks out and use them in a way that you can enjoy all the time!

Have a great weekend!! Can't wait to see you back here on Monday :)

A Sweet Teacher Gift

First things first....today is the last day to enter the giveaway! I will post a winner tomorrow so be sure to enter! If you want to post a link to the giveaway on your blog or Facebook page, do it and send me an email {erinmadsen@diecutsinc.com} and send me the link and you will be entered into a "special" prize! Go HERE to enter.....

I cannot believe that I officially have a Kindergardener!! Why is this so weird to me? I still feel like I am 18 or something. Just add on 10 years now! We have our "Meet the Teacher Day" tomorrow so I wanted to do something for Troy's Kindergarden teacher. My friends are already teasing me that my teacher gifts are going to be legendary, lol. Hey, I can't help making everything I see cute and sparkly with glitter paper :) It's my weakness.

I picked up some caramel apples from our local chocolate shop, yum. It was SO easy to make them a little more special :) Here is what I did...

Cut 2 pieces of 12x4 pieces of paper. I used some cute glitter paper from the Grade School Stack, one of my all time favs and a go-to stack this time of year!

Tape the pieces together...keep an eye on your pattern. Tape it together so when you bring the papers up, the pattern is right side up.

Use some strong adhesive to tape down your apple. I used my trusty Scor-Tape.

Bring the two sides up around the apple. Punch a hole on both sides of the apple stick, through both papers.

Thread some ribbon, I used May Arts, through the holes to keep the paper up. Make sure your apple stick is in-between both papers and both sides of the ribbon. This will keep it nice and secure.

Tie the ribbon, make a tag and that is it! I used the {new} Grade School embellishments that we just released at CHA, & some rub-on stitching.

{love these little black alpha stickers from Glitz Designs!}

I love how they turned out! I think teachers are SO important and I always want to make sure that my boy's teachers know how much I appreciate them!! To everyone with little ones going back to school soon-good luck!!! And to those who don't, be grateful you don't have to fight the crowds at GAP for school clothes.  :)

Have a great day! Be sure to check tomorrow to see if you are the winner of our giveaway!!

Closer look at...The Colorful Life Stack

Many of you watched my video from CHA where I showed you our new products that were released! A quick scan of the booth may not have given you the closer look that you may want of our new products. So I wanted to give you a better view of our new stack, "The Colorful Life".

This line includes 12x12, 8x8 & matstacks of the printed paper and the same sizes in matching cardstock stacks. Epoxy stickers, chipboard, 12x12 album to name a few of the "extras, this stack has everything you need that coordinates.

This stack features artwork from the famous artist, Donna Estabrooks, who paints amazing canvas art and is prominently known in the art world. We took her artwork and broke them down into scrapbook papers. The result...vibrant colors, vivid designs & true artwork as the background for your pictures.

Love the following page for the "I promise to treat you like a queen" line...

Great prints for teenagers...

It was fun to hear everyone's reactions to this stack at the show. The majority of the buyers agreed that this stack filled a void in the scrapbooking market and they could name specific customers who they knew would love this stack. Very fun.

This stack will be in stores in September...keep an eye on our Facebook page to hear exactly when and where you can purchase it :)

To learn more about Donna Estabrooks, visit her website here.

Have a fabulous day, be back on Friday with a closer look at Street Lace Stack!

I wanted to do a quick post and share 2 new videos that we have on our YouTube channel right now! Our marketing director, Angela, and I had fun filming these at the CHA Supershow in Chicago.  One shows our new iPhone App and the other is a guided tour through our DCWV Digital website, 300dpi.com. Hopefully these videos give you a better look at what DCWV Digital has to offer!!

Calendar Kit

Yay it's Friday! It has been a quiet week around my house, which is a very good thing. Have had lots of time to work and feel "caught up" if there ever is such a thing :) I'm sure many of you can relate!! But I am ready for the weekend!

I wanted to give you a closer look at our new and updated "Calendar Kit" that we released last week at the show. (oh and by the way, am I the only person who has a hard time spelling 'calendar'? I never get it right!!) Last year we released a Calendar Kit and it was REALLY popular!! Probably since the price is so low, $14.99 retail for the entire kit!! We updated the papers and stickers so you could make a new calendar this year that looks a little different. I love the designs in this one! They are so cute!!

There are six of these sticker sheets that coordinate with the papers designed for the months. 2 months of stickers on one sheet. Thick, cardstock stickers. Love em.

Here is the calendar that I made...love this October page. I am ready for Halloween! I know I am nuts :)

Each Calendar Kit includes:
24 printed papers, 12 sheets of textured cardstock, 6 sheets of stickers and 1 blank 12 month hanging calendar.

Have a fabulous weekend, check back on Monday for MORE!! :)

3 reasons why today is a bad day...
1. Waiting on the washer repair man. Laundry is piling up.
2. My favorite gas station employee who I see everyday when I get my Diet Coke, may be getting fired.
3.  The high volume noise level in my life has given me a headache for days. Cartoons on TV, front door slamming, fighting boys....ouch.

3 reasons why today is a good day...
1.  I survived a bowling birthday party yesterday with {12} kids 6 and younger.
2. I leave for my vacation in 3 days.
3. We are announcing our next big Warehouse Sale! Trust me, this sale is AWESOME and you can't miss it if you live anywhere around Utah!
