Hello Tuesday and hello my friends!!!
There has been so much excitement around here lately!! I can't wait to see who the big winner from the Roberts Arts & Crafts giveaway is!! I think they will be announcing it sometime today so if you entered, watch their blog or Facebook page! Someone is gonna get some amazing DCWV goodies!!!
I told you that I made some fun projects showing different ways you can use your DCWV paper scraps on your holiday gift wrap. These were so fun to come up with!! They were featured on a Salt Lake City morning show Friday but I know there are lots of you who do not live in Utah who want to see!! So here are some pictures and below you will find a link to the video and full instructions for each idea.
Personalizing a simple gift with your Cricut or Eclips
Paper decorated brown lunch sack
Blinging out a chip canister
Simply wrapping a small gift with a piece of 12x12 paper
Creating a paper pocket for a cellophane bag
Sour Cream Containers...perfect for wrapping jewelry!
Simple but stunning gift card holder
Unique paper bow made with paper scraps
You can watch the entire video demonstrating the ideas HERE and there are also full instructions for the projects there as well. I love how just a little extra effort can really personalize a gift and make it extra special!!!
Have a fun Tuesday!!! Enjoy this season, it only comes once a year!!

ReplyDeleteWow! Those are some great ideas! I'll have to try the lunch bag for all the goodies I'm giving away. Love the bow too!
ReplyDeleteErin,
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of making bows with scraps. I usually have at least 1 or 2 rolls of wrapping paper that it seems like none of the ribbons match. But, I am sure that with your scrapbows, you could very easily make one to match with just scraps of the same or similar paper. Great idea. Thanks.
Marcie
